Kramer had spent the past five seasons in Atlanta, three as an offensive assistant and two as a football analyst.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Kramer will resume his role working alongside new <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/baltimore-ravens\/366\" data-autotag=\"6f9d8950-4e8a-4277-ba96-ee5ce9eb842e\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-t-l=\":b|e|k|\u2691u\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">Ravens<\/a> Assistant Offensive Line Coach Shawn Flaherty and new Ravens Offensive Line Coach\/Run Game Coordinator Dwayne Ledford, who helped develop Bijan Robinson in Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">A former quarterback, Kramer played collegiately at John Carroll University, and immediately started his coaching career there, working with the team&#8217;s wide receivers.
