In a simple, three-word message, the Chicago Bears summed up their thoughts on the future immediately following the big game.<\/p>\n
The Chicago Bears<\/a> closed out the 2025-26 season with bragging rights as the No. 1 team in the NFC North and an 11-6 record<\/a>, but they didn\u2019t make it to Super Bowl LX<\/a>. But, that\u2019s not getting them down, and in a simple, three-word message, the team summed up their thoughts on the future immediately following the big game.<\/p>\n Watching the Super Bowl had to be bittersweet for Bears coach Ben Johnson and the crew. They seemed destined to get there, but the Chicago Bears fell short in the divisional round of the playoffs against the Los Angeles Rams<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cOur guys fought the entire way, just like they have all season long,\u201d Johnson said after the team\u2019s loss to the Los Angeles Rams<\/a>. \u201cI thought this was very much like our team has been, and you\u2019ve got to give the Rams credit. They ended up making a couple more plays than we did. That\u2019s why it ended up going into overtime and they ended up coming out on top. Like I said, disappointing result. Our guys are feeling it right now.\u201d<\/p>\n Johnson added, \u201cThey all believed, man. They all believed all year long that we could find a way to win each and every week. So it\u2019s disappointing like that. But, I am proud of the group.\u201d<\/p>\n Chicago Bears Indicate That They\u2019re Ready for the Future With Post-Super Bowl Social Post<\/p>\n Immediately following the Seattle Seahawks\u2019 win over the New England Patriots<\/a> in the Super Bowl, the Chicago Bears took to X to state<\/a>, \u201cBack to work.\u201d<\/p>\n That was it. They only used three words, but they got their message across.<\/p>\n \u201cNow this is a team I\u2019d like to see in the (Super Bowl) with Caleb \u201cICEMAN\u201d Williams, of course,\u201d one follower said<\/a>. \u201cCan\u2019t wait for the season to get here,\u201d another added<\/a>. \u201cNext season, we\u2019re doing the Super Bowl shuffle,\u201d one more said<\/a>.<\/p>\n The team also took to Instagram<\/a>, stating, \u201cJust the beginning,\u201d with a range of photos from the season. Followers also responded to that post with excitement, some saying, \u201cThe new rooks got some big shoes to fill,\u201d and others commenting, \u201cPhenomenal rookie class.\u201d<\/p>\n The Chicago Bears Are a \u2018Special Group,\u2019 Head Coach Ben Johnson Says<\/p>\n So, the Bears are ready to come back and fight for a trip to the big game. That\u2019s the attitude that Johnson expressed after the team was eliminated after their divisional loss, too.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a special group. I said that a few weeks ago,\u201d Johnson told reporters<\/a>. \u201cI believe that to my core, that when you\u2019re with a group of men for the last time in the locker room and you know it\u2019s just not going to be the same going forward that \u2014 I appreciate all of them, the men and the women, coaches, players, support staff, everybody that had a role this season.\u201d<\/p>\n Johnson added, \u201cIt was a special year.
