The Denver Broncos<\/a> have seen linear progression in each of the first two seasons of the Bo Nix era. After making it into the postseason as the No. 7 seed in 2024, the Broncos were the No. 1 seed in the AFC in 2025 and defeated the Buffalo Bills<\/a> to make it to the AFC Championship Game. With that in mind, the Broncos can make a big move to build off a tremendous 2025 campaign.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> wide receiver A.J. Brown is likely on the move this offseason after a season of utter frustration. Brown had five games with three or fewer receptions during the season, including the wild card loss to the San Francisco 49ers<\/a>. Because of the struggles and frustration, it’s expected that Brown will be traded this offseason.<\/p>\n

In a recent piece for CBS Sports<\/a>, Tyler Sullivan labels the Broncos as a potential landing spot for Brown, and predicts it would cost a third and fifth-round pick to land the star receiver.<\/p>\n

“When Philadelphia acquired Brown from the\u00a0Titans<\/a>\u00a0in 2022, the Eagles sent the No. 18 overall pick in that year’s draft to Tennessee,” Sullivan writes. “Getting a first (or maybe even a second) at this stage of Brown’s career seems a little too far-fetched, particularly with his age and contract situation (signed through 2029 and due $29 million in guarantees next season). Brown also appeared to lose a step in 2025, notably dropping some key balls in that playoff defeat to San Francisco. That may also make some prospective teams a bit skittish about trading blue-chip draft capital for him.”<\/p>\n

The Broncos have a few nice pieces in the receiving corps like Marvin Mims and Pat Bryant, but adding Brown as the No. 1 and making Courtland Sutton the No. 2 would give them a more complete and dangerous group of pass-catchers.<\/p>\n
