The New York Giants have announced John Harbaugh\u2019s 2026 coaching staff.<\/p>\n
\u201cFirst of all, as my dad always would teach us, great coaches are great teachers,\u201d Harbaugh said. \u201cWhen putting together a staff, I look for the ability to create a vision and share the vision and to get everybody on the same page in your room, guys that are demanding, guys that ask a lot of the guys in terms of a high standard. And, also, believe them into that standard, help them believe in themselves to make sure that every player knows that every coach is really in their corner.\u201d<\/p>\n
There are 31 coaches on Harbaugh\u2019s staff. Fifteen of those previously worked for Harbaugh with the Baltimore Ravens.<\/p>\n
\u201cAll the coaches that we retained are great coaches, great guys, highly recommended from the people here in the building, but also around the league,\u201d Harbaugh said. \u201cIt could have been more. I mean, there\u2019s a lot of great coaches on this staff previously, guys that we have great respect for, but you also want to bring in new guys and guys that you\u2019ve known over the years. So, you just try to kind of create the best mix to build the best team of coaches that you possibly can. I just really feel fortunate and blessed that those three guys are still with us.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Giants also officially announced the hiring of Dawn Aponte as senior vice president of football operations and Adam Bennett as head athletic trainer.<\/p>\n

Harbaugh seemed especially happy that he was able to bring Rosburg from Baltimore.<\/p>\n
\u201cMegan Rosburg, our most valuable coach, definitely our most valuable coach right now,\u201d Harbaugh said. \u201cShe\u2019s been doing a great job of keeping me organized and also she understands the tenor of what we\u2019re trying to accomplish. She knows the value system right now. She knows what we\u2019re looking for, and she sets a good foundation for us.\u201d<\/p>\n
