Where will the Indianapolis Colts’<\/a> top free agents end up signing this offseason? Back in Indianapolis or elsewhere?<\/p>\n Greg Auman of FOX Sports<\/a> recently compiled his list of the top 100 NFL free agents this offseason, and he also predicted where each of those players would end up.<\/p>\n Let’s take a look at where the Colts<\/a>‘ top free agents are predicted to go.<\/p>\n No. 92: S Nick Cross<\/p>\n Cross was again productive near the line of scrimmage, logging 16 quarterback pressures and the fourth-highest run-stop rate among safeties,\u00a0according to PFF<\/a>. ESPN’s Aaron Schatz<\/a>\u00a0wrote that Cross performed well in coverage by his DVOA metric.<\/p>\n Expert NFL picks: Exclusive betting insights only at USA TODAY.<\/a><\/p>\n Still just 24 years old and with a few years of starting experience under his belt, Cross could have a good-sized market in free agency.<\/p>\n Auman is predicting that he will sign with the division rival Tennessee Titans<\/a>.<\/p>\n No. 53: DE Kwity Paye<\/p>\n Paye, individually, would record 38 pressures and four sacks. Compared to the rest of his position group league-wide, Paye ranked 52nd in pressures,\u00a0according to PFF<\/a>, 69th in pass rush win rate, and 88th in run stop rate.<\/p>\n The Colts should look to reshape this position group this offseason, and Auman agrees that Paye heads elsewhere — predicting that he also signs with the Titans.<\/p>\n No. 25: OT Braden Smith<\/p>\n For a number of years now, Smith has provided the Colts with a steady presence at right tackle. An injury, unfortunately, ended his 2025 season early. In his place, rookie Jalen Travis took over and held his own.<\/p>\n Just last offseason, we saw the Colts part ways with then-free agents Ryan Kelly and Will Fries so that they could start second-year draft picks in Tanor Bortolini and Matt Goncalves. Perhaps the Colts go that same route with Travis and Smith.<\/p>\n Auman predicts that Smith signs with the Texans.<\/p>\n No. 8: WR Alec Pierce<\/p>\n Re-signing Alec Pierce should be a priority for the Colts. Beyond his big play ability, he’s shown he can attack other levels of the field, and his vertical presence opens up opportunities for others with the spacing he helps create.<\/p>\n However, Auman predicts that Pierce ends up in Buffalo.<\/p>\n No. 2: QB Daniel Jones<\/p>\n
