The Arizona Cardinals<\/a> have an assistant they would like to return, but he may end up as another team’s offensive coordinator. According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport<\/a>, Cardinals passing game specialist Connor Senger is interviewing with the Seattle Seahawks<\/a> for their offensive coordinator position, potentially replacing Klint Kubiak.<\/p>\n Senger also interviewed for an OC job with the Chicago Bears<\/a> and, per Rapoport, the Cardinals would like to keep him on their staff in 2026. He also interviewed for the Green Bay Packers<\/a>‘ and Buffalo Bills<\/a>‘ quarterback coach positions.<\/p>\n Senger got his NFL coaching start with the Cardinals. He was a Bill Bidwill Coaching Fellowship in 2022 working with quarterbacks under head coach Kliff Kingsbury. When Jonathan Gannon became head coach in 2023, Senger was named offensive quality control coach. He became assistant quarterbacks coach in 2024 and passing game specialist in 2025.<\/p>\n He has also been part of the college all-star bowls for three straight years. He coached wide receivers in the Senior Bowl in 2024 and in the Shrine Bowl in 2025. Last month, he called offensive plays in the Shrine Bowl.<\/p>\n Senger appears to be an up-and-comer around the league. If he is retained, perhaps he will see another title change, perhaps as a pass game coordinator instead of specialist.<\/p>\n Need a news break?
