Instead, he\u2019s opted to promote someone who was on Pete Carroll\u2019s Raiders staff.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">With Patrick Graham leaving the Raiders to be DC of the Pittsburgh Steelers, it looks like his successor will be run game coordinator\/defensive line coach Rob Leonard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Leonard joined Vegas in 2023 under Josh McDaniels and was one of the few retained by Coach Carroll after Antonio Pierce was fired at the end of 2024.
