He worked alongside the new Raiders\u2019 headman in New Orleans in 2024 and spent time on the Minnesota Vikings staff for three seasons from 2019 through 2021.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Janocko\u2019s new role with the Raiders will be his first offensive coordinator job, although he\u2019s worn many hats throughout his time as an assistant coach in the NFL. With over a decade in the NFL, he\u2019s spent time coaching offensive lines and wide receivers with a primary focus on quarterbacks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Janocko came to Seattle alongside Kubiak and helped renovate the offense behind quarterback Sam Darnold.
