He\u2019s Seattle\u2019s first known external OC candidate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Senger\u2019s entire NFL career has been spent with Arizona, having joined the team under Kliff Kingsbury in 2022 as part of the Bill Bidwill Coaching Fellowship. He served as a quality control coach in year one under Jonathan Gannon, switched to assistant QBs coach in 2024, then transitioned to pass game specialist in Gannon\u2019s unceremonious farewell season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">I\u2019m going to burst the bubble right away: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fieldgulls.com\/seattle-seahawks-coaching-staff\/162788\/seahawks-internal-hire-replace-klint-kubiak-offensive-coordinator-nfl-news\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Seattle wants to make an internal promotion<\/a> to replace Kubiak. The Rooney Rules requires the Seahawks to interview two minority candidates from outside the organization for a coordinator position. Senger is the first, we\u2019re TBD on the second, but both Senger and TBD have functionally zero chance at getting the job.
