His first coaching job was in 1995 as an offensive assistant with the Denver Broncos, working for Klint\u2019s father, Gary Kubiak, who was the offensive coordinator in Denver at the time. Dennison coached for the Broncos until 2009, serving as the offensive coordinator from 2006 to 2008, before joining Gary\u2019s coaching staff as the Houston Texans\u2019 OC from 2010 to 2013. So, he knows the Kubiak family well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">The well-tenured coach also has had stints with the Baltimore Ravens (2014), another run as the Broncos\u2019 offensive coordinator (2015-2016), Buffalo Bills (2017), New York Jets (2018), and worked with Klint during their time with the Minnesota Vikings (2019-2021), New Orleans Saints (2024) and last season in Seattle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">During his time in the NFL, Dennison has won four Super Bowls, three with the Broncos and one a little more than a week ago in Seattle. Additionally, the Seahawks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/teams\/sea\/2025.htm\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ranked 10th in rushing yards<\/a> last season with Kubiak and Dennison calling the shots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Zenitz did not specify what Dennison\u2019s role will be in Las Vegas.
