The Baltimore Ravens introduced their new coordinators on Wednesday<\/a> at the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, Maryland. Defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver opened the day by expressing gratitude for another opportunity in Baltimore.<\/p>\n

“Every time I’ve stepped in this place it’s been special. First as a draft pick, getting a little lifelong dream of being in the NFL. Coming back many years later with a little bit more grays, but with the same goal in mind. Try to lead, serve, and help in anyway I can and help deliver a championship for Baltimore and now it’s no different. Different title, different role, but still here to serve and help in any way I can so extremely excited to be here and be with these guys and know we have everything we need to get it done.”<\/p>\n

Weaver’s message was clear: while his title has changed, his purpose hasn’t. Now back in Baltimore as the Ravens<\/a>‘ defensive coordinator, he emphasized leadership, service, and doing whatever it takes to help deliver the championship the organization \u2014 and the city \u2014 has been chasing.<\/p>\n
