Brian and his brother Matthew set up a donation page through GoFundMe, which states, \u201cCarissa Rae Hoyer was suddenly called home to the Lord at the age of 36.\u201d<\/p>\n

A 15-year NFL vet, Brian last played with the Las Vegas Raiders in 2023. <\/p>\n
He had three separate tours with the Patriots and won a Super Bowl in the 2018 season, with New England defeating the Los Angeles Rams, 13-3, on Feb. 3, 2019.<\/p>\n
Brian also played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Chicago Bears, San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts. <\/p>\n
