From a talent, upside, and plug-and-play fit, neither appears to fit Minter\u2019s scheme. Jones weighs in the neighborhood of 281 pounds, and Van Noy is best when getting downhill. If he can return healthy<\/a>, adding an athletic edge rusher like Chaisson could see him return to his Pro Bowl form.<\/p>\n 7.5 sacks may not seem like the type of number worthy of an eight-figure contract.
