{"id":763184,"date":"2026-02-19T21:06:21","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T21:06:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/763184\/"},"modified":"2026-02-19T21:06:21","modified_gmt":"2026-02-19T21:06:21","slug":"model-haley-kalil-says-she-never-mentioned-ex-matt-kalil-by-name-in-new-lawsuit-twist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/763184\/","title":{"rendered":"Model Haley Kalil says she never mentioned ex Matt Kalil by name in new lawsuit twist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Haley Kalil\u2019s fight <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/01\/06\/sports\/matt-kalil-suing-model-ex-wife-over-invasive-manhood-size-comments\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">to toss out a lawsuit filed by her ex-husband<\/a>, former Vikings tackle Matt Kalil, over \u201cinvasive\u201d comments about his manhood has taken a new turn.<\/p>\n<p>According to new legal docs obtained Wednesday by TMZ, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, 33, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/02\/18\/haley-kalil-penis-size-matt-comments-not-invasion-privacy-lawsuit\/?adid=social-tws\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">has stated<\/a> she did not specifically name the former first-round pick <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/11\/05\/sports\/model-reveals-intimate-details-about-why-she-divorced-longtime-nfl-star-matt-kalil\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">during a now-viral appearance on a 2025 Twitch livestream<\/a>, when she suggested the size of his private parts led to the demise of their marriage.<\/p>\n<p>Haley, who graphically detailed the size of a penis as \u201ctwo Coke cans, maybe even a third\u201d on Marlon Garcia\u2019s \u201cMar-Athon\u201d livestream, is calling attention to the former couple\u2019s status as public figures, even as Matt\u2019s lawsuit claims \u201cviewers could and did readily infer\u201d whom his ex spoke about.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:0.66699219;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"38538515\" width=\"394\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/editorial-use-haley-kalil-attends-120231728.jpg\" alt=\"Haley Kalil in February 2026.\" class=\"wp-image-38538515\"  \/>Haley Kalil in February 2026. Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>Matt, 36, filed a lawsuit against Haley in January, claiming the \u201cinvasive commentary\u201d derailed his attempt to keep a low profile after the conclusion of his football career at the end of the 2018 season.<\/p>\n<p>The retired tackle played for the Vikings and Panthers across his seven-year career.<\/p>\n<p>Haley, who cited \u201cfree speech\u201d in a late January bid to toss out Matt\u2019s lawsuit, is further alleging \u201cthere\u2019s no case law where a woman\u2019s truthful account of her own sexual pain has been found to be an invasion of someone else\u2019s privacy,\u201d according to TMZ.<\/p>\n<p>Her lawyer, Matthew Bialick, told the outlet they \u201care more confident than ever that this case will be dismissed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA woman\u2019s right to provide a truthful account of her own relationships and her own past sexual trauma lies at the very core of First Amendment protections.
