The New York Giants<\/a> continued to pad their staff with talent, announcing the hiring of Sam Rosengarten, who will serve as the director of high performance, and five football analysts: Skyler Mornhinweg, Taylor Kolste, Patrick Moynahan, Kyrell Michael, and Bonner Bordelon.<\/p>\n Rosengarten comes over from the Baltimore Ravens<\/a>, where he spent the last nine seasons in the same role.<\/p>\n From the Giants:<\/p>\n Rosengarten has nine seasons of NFL experience, all with the Baltimore Ravens. He held the same role in Baltimore, where he oversaw player monitoring systems, training load management, recovery protocols, and performance analytics. He integrated real-time biometric monitoring during practice, advanced player\u2011monitoring protocols, and injury\u2011prevention strategies tailored to the demands of the NFL.<\/p>\n His expertise helped shape new data applications within the organization, driving innovation in injury forecasting and personalized athlete development to enhance player availability, optimize performance, and support overall team success.<\/p>\n In 2020, Rosengarten was invited to present his concepts on athlete management and injury prevention to the NFL Physician Society at the annual NFL Scouting Combine.<\/p>\n Before arriving in Baltimore, Rosengarten led the Buffalo Sabres\u2019 injury\u2011prevention program for two seasons and oversaw all day\u2011to\u2011day care of the players.<\/p>\n Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Rosengarten is a board\u2011certified physical therapist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, and a sports physiotherapist in both Australia and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n He has also consulted for the NBA\u2019s New York Knicks<\/a> and Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a>, as well as England\u2019s Lawn Tennis Association, among others.<\/p>\n In the analyst group, only Michael comes in from an NFL team, the Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>, while Mornhinweg, the son of longtime NFL coach Marty Mornhinweg, and the others are all coming from the college ranks.<\/p>\n
