With the NFL Scouting Combine nearly upon us, coaches, front office personnel, and scouts will be descending on Indianapolis to officially kick off the final stages of the pre-draft process.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This will be a critical week for the Tennessee Titans<\/a> as they work toward the 2026 NFL Draft. General manager Mike Borgonzi guided Tennessee through a solid draft in 2025 and will have to duplicate that this year to give new head coach Robert Saleh a chance.\u00a0<\/p>\n Tennessee could go in different directions early in the draft, and Gennaro Filice of NFL.com does that in his latest mock<\/a> draft.\u00a0<\/p>\n Pick 4 – Tennessee Titans – Jeremiyah Love – Notre Dame – RB<\/p>\n Tennessee\u2019s roster has plenty of holes, and it\u2019s not hard to imagine Robert Saleh infusing his defense with some fresh edge talent. However, the Titans\u2019 new head coach understands the all-important need to support last year\u2019s No. 1 overall pick, Cam Ward.\u00a0<\/p>\n “Building a structure for him that doesn’t ask him to be Superman 60 plays a game will be at the front of our minds,” Saleh said last month.<\/p>\n Tennessee gave the young quarterback a trio of complementary pieces (Chimere Dike, Gunnar Helm, and Elic Ayomanor) in last year\u2019s fourth round, but how about landing a true sidekick with this year\u2019s fourth overall pick? Love\u2019s the kind of multi-faceted home run hitter Ward could lean on.<\/p>\n
