Today the former Jaguars assistant joined the Klint Kubiak&#8217;s new <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/las-vegas-raiders\/341\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Raiders;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Raiders<\/a> staff and in so doing returned to his hometown.<\/p>\n<p>Jeberaeel spent the first 24 years of his life in Las Vegas. He attended high school there and stayed to play football at UNLV. Afterward becoming a volunteer assistant on the UNLV coaching staff and then Western High School in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>From there, the offensive line coach moved his way through the college coaching ranks before entering the NFL as an assistant five years ago.<\/p>\n<p>This past season he was a defensive assistant with the <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/jacksonville-jaguars\/365\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Jacksonville Jaguars;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a>, specializing in linebackers. Now that he&#8217;s seen how the other side lives, he is come back home both literally and figuratively.
