Jesse Minter is the Ravens new head coach, and he’s surrounded quarterback Lamar Jackson with a dynamic young playcaller in Declan Doyle. Baltimore has 22 unrestricted free agents, according to\u00a0Over The Cap<\/a>, with big names like Tyler Linderbaum, Isaiah Likely, Kyle Van Noy, Dre’Mont Jones, Alohi Gilman, Chidobe Awuzie, and Ar’Darius Washington among those Eric DeCosta will evaluate.<\/p>\n

DeCosta has ways to clear salary cap space, and Baltimore could look to make a big move or target a top-tier name who is interested in joining the league’s top coaching staff.<\/p>\n

With the new league year fast approaching, we’re looking at ten big-name free agents the Baltimore Ravens<\/a> could target on the open market.<\/p>\n

Atlanta Falcons: TE Kyle Pitts<\/p>\n

A tight end who can play like a wide receiver (88 catches for 928 yards and five touchdowns), Pitts only needs to improve as a run blocker to earn elite status.<\/p>\n

The sixth-year pro out of Wisconsin has logged nearly 5,000 snaps at left guard in his NFL career and finished 2025 logging a 71.4 PFF grade in 1,035 snaps.<\/p>\n

New York Jets: OL Alijah Vera-Tucker<\/p>\n

Before his 2025 injury, Vera-Tucker earned three straight seasons of 70.0-plus PFF overall grades and allowed the fourth-lowest pressure rate (2.8 percent) among guards in 2024.<\/p>\n

The Eagles traded a 2026 third-round pick to acquire Phillips, who came to Philadelphia on the final year of his contract. The former Dolphins<\/a> first-round pick finished with 28 tackles and two sacks in 8 games. Phillips didn’t put up all-world sack numbers, but he put pressure on the quarterback, and his 73 were the 9th-best in the NFL according to PFF.<\/a>Phillips played 819 snaps at edge rusher in 2025, while posting a 77.1 pass rush grade, 20th best in the NFL.<\/p>\n

Doubs has the route-running skills and quickness to dominate over the middle. Doubs averaged 13.2 yards per reception and caught five of his six touchdowns on red zone targets.<\/p>\n

Cincinnati Bengals: Edge Rusher Trey Hendrickson<\/p>\n

Hendrickson, 31, was coming off back-to-back 17.5-sack seasons and four straight Pro Bowls before contract frustrations and core muscle surgery in December limited him to four sacks in seven games in 2025. He got a one-year, $29 million deal from the Bengals last year, but isn’t likely to draw as much this time around. Hendrickson needs 19 sacks to reach 100 for his career and could take this defense to another level.<\/p>\n

Wright, 27, logged five interceptions and two forced fumbles, earning a Pro Bowl.<\/p>\n

Los Angeles Chargers: DE Khalil Mack<\/p>\n

Mack dropped to six sacks in 2024 and 5.5 this past season, playing 12 games due to an elbow injury.<\/p>\n

Pittsburgh Steelers: OL Isaac Seumalo<\/p>\n

The 32-year-old knows the AFC North and was the 16th-highest graded offensive guard in 2025.<\/p>\n

Since entering the NFL in 2022, Mafe has organically grown into one of the most consistent edge rushers in the league. Mafe’s sacks in 2025 were down as he managed only two sacks, but his pressure rate was among the best as he had a Pass Rush Win Rate of 19% with 40 pressures, and 36 hurries against opposing quarterbacks.<\/p>\n
