Teams have been calling for the league to get rid of the divisional champs automatically hosting a playoff game. Depending on whether 345 Park Avenue can twist enough arms into a thumb\u2019s up, it may be adopted.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>The playoff structure could change eventually.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If the division champion will be competing with second- (and third-) place teams from another division for one of the top four seeds, the schedule will need to have more conference games and fewer interconference contests.
