The survey, which included responses from nearly 1,800 players, rated teams on everything from coaching to facilities and family treatment.\n        <\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/news-1772140710195.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28139\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>For the third straight year, the Miami Dolphins have claimed the number one position in the NFL Players Association\u2019s yearly team evaluations, ESPN reported Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The Minnesota Vikings and Washington Commanders secured second and third place respectively, while the Pittsburgh Steelers dropped to the bottom ranking for the first time since the survey began four years ago.<\/p>\n<p>According to ESPN, players consistently refer to the Dolphins organization as \u201cthe best in the NFL\u201d in their survey responses.<\/p>\n<p>ESPN reports that 1,759 players participated in this year\u2019s evaluation, rating teams from A+ to F across multiple categories including head coaching, ownership, locker room quality, family treatment, and home field conditions \u2013 a newly added category. The survey was distributed to all active roster players between November 2nd and December 11th.<\/p>\n<p>Following the public release of survey results in each of the previous three years, the NFL successfully filed a grievance against the players union, arguing the publication breached the league\u2019s collective bargaining agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Though an arbitrator sided with the league, the NFLPA has stated its intention to keep conducting these evaluations in the future, even if the results cannot be made public.<\/p>\n<p>Pittsburgh reportedly ranked last in facility investment willingness, locker room quality, and home field conditions, with the latter category showing a particularly significant gap.<\/p>\n<p>According to ESPN, the survey noted that \u201cPlayers cite inadequate maintenance and excessive wear from hosting local college and high school games\u201d and \u201cPlayers across the league note the poor condition of the field and emphasize the need for investment to bring it up to standard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Arizona Cardinals, who held the bottom spot last season, improved slightly to 31st place.
