The Denver Broncos<\/a> are searching for a tight end this offseason, and one of quarterback Bo Nix’s old teammates<\/a> could be among their top options.<\/p>\n The Broncos<\/a> met with Oregon<\/a> tight end Kenyon Sadiq<\/a> (6-3, 245 pounds) at the NFL combine earlier this week, and he could be a candidate for the team’s 30th overall pick<\/a> in the first round of April’s NFL draft.<\/p>\n “It was good,” Sadiq said of his meeting with Denver, via the Denver Post’s Luca Evans<\/a>. “It was just about getting to know the coaches, they kind of test me [on] what I know [and] my background in football. So, like I said, all the meetings went really well and it’s been awesome.”<\/p>\n Sadiq totaled five receptions for 24 yards and one score during Nix’s final season with the Ducks in 2023.<\/p>\n “It would be awesome, just already knowing how he kind of thinks and stuff, being around him,” Sadiq said of potentially reuniting with Nix. “He’s a great guy and he makes everyone better around him.”<\/p>\n Need a news break?
