Tennessee Titans<\/a> general manager Mike Borgonzi and head coach Robert Saleh during media availabilities at the NFL Scouting Combine, it became clear: They covet size and speed. No matter what position group they were talking about, there was some type of mention about those traits, and it will likely be a theme throughout the offseason.\u00a0<\/p>\nThe Titans have many needs heading into free agency and the draft, and at the combine, one wide receiver who exemplifies those characteristics mentioned a desire to play for the Titans: Chris Brazzell II.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cCam Ward\u2019s a dog, probably the best quarterback coming out of that class,” Brazzell said. \u201cI love the state of Tennessee, so that\u2019d be really fun.\u201d<\/p>\n
Brazzell backed up his outstanding season in Knoxville, where he led the SEC with 62 receptions for 1,017 yards and nine touchdowns, with a tremendous combine. A true outside receiver, he measured 6-foot-5, 200 pounds, and put up a blazing 4.37 40-yard-dash in his only attempt, looking like a potential mismatch on the perimeter.\u00a0<\/p>\n
With the Titans in dire need of some added talent in their receiving corps, Brazzell could definitely be on their radar.\u00a0<\/p>\n
