After the NFL set a salary cap<\/a> of $301.2 million last week, OverTheCap.com<\/a> estimates the Denver Broncos<\/a> have $26,207,734 (with $22,201,607 in “effective” salary cap space) ahead of free agency (they could create more through restructures<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Denver’s cap space ranks 14th in the league, according to OTC. Elsewhere in the AFC West, the Las Vegas Raiders<\/a> ($89,084,807) have the second-most in the league and the Los Angeles Chargers<\/a> ($85,454,941) have the fifth-most. The Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> are currently in a -$5,664,166 salary cap hole.<\/p>\n
