The Baltimore Ravens<\/a> could be willing to trade one of their starting playmakers this offseason.<\/p>\n

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler<\/a> says that wide receiver Rashod Bateman has emerged as a potential player on the trade market. Bateman had a career low of 224 receiving yards in 2025.<\/p>\n

“Also, Brown isn’t the only receiver potentially available. Baltimore’s Rashod Bateman, Los Angeles’ Quentin Johnston and Green Bay’s Dontayvion Wicks have come up in my talks. Teams have interest in Green Bay’s Jayden Reed, but I don’t sense the Packers<\/a> would trade him at this point,” Fowler said.<\/p>\n

2025 was the worst year of Bateman’s career, but the 26-year-old has shown flashes of dynamic play through five seasons, especially in 2024 when he had 756 yards and nine touchdowns.<\/p>\n

Baltimore’s offensive attack isn’t suited for high-level receiver production for multiple players, and with Zay Flowers and tight end Mark Andrews still serving as the top pass-catching options for quarterback Lamar Jackson, Bateman feels like the odd man out.<\/p>\n

If the Ravens decide to trade Bateman and give him a much-needed change of scenery, the New York Giants<\/a>, San Francisco 49ers<\/a>, and Los Angeles Rams<\/a> should have interest.<\/p>\n

New York could lose Wan’Dale Robinson in free agency, and with Malik Nabers still recovering from a significant knee injury<\/a>, adding Bateman to upgrade the receiver rumor would be a logical move from general manager Joe Schoen.<\/p>\n

Los Angeles could look to add a viable No. 3 receiver behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams for quarterback Matthew Stafford, and Bateman could be an option. Stafford would be the ideal quarterback to get the most out of Bateman and his explosive skill set.<\/p>\n

San Francisco’s wide receiver room could look a lot different in 2026, as Jauan Jennings may depart in free agency, and Brandon Aiyuk’s days with the franchise are numbered.<\/a>\u00a0Bateman would be an electric fit in Kyle Shanahan’s offense and provide a boost to the team’s passing attack.<\/p>\n

Bateman’s future with the Ravens seems to be in question, and if he does end up in a new home in 2026, the Giants, 49ers, and Rams make sense as possible landing spots.<\/p>\n
