Pro Football Hall of Famers Ed Reed<\/a> and Ray Lewis<\/a> took down Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s White House on Sunday for featuring them in a video cheering on the administration\u2019s war on Iran<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The White House shared a video<\/a> on social media last week that used two clips of the former Baltimore Ravens greats from their playing days.<\/p>\n

One clip shows Lewis making a key block<\/a> as his Baltimore teammate, Chris McAlister, takes a missed field goal for a 107-yard touchdown return in a 2002 \u201cMonday Night Football\u201d game. Another clip<\/a> shows Reed make a massive hit on Indianapolis Colts cornerback Waine Bacon in 2004.<\/p>\n

The White House video mixes these NFL highlights with recently shared clips<\/a> from U.S. Central Command that apparently show missiles dropping on Iran, where Iranian health officials say over 1,200 people have been killed in U.S.-Israeli strikes since late last month.<\/p>\n

The video, captioned \u201cTouchdown\u201d and set to the AC\/DC hit \u201cThunderstruck,\u201d features additional bombing footage wedged between highlights of several other NFL and college football players delivering big hits.<\/p>\n

A representative for Lewis confirmed to HuffPost that the White House didn\u2019t reach out to him or his team for the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is something we do not agree with and would like Ray to be removed,\u201d the NFL star\u2019s representative wrote in an email.<\/p>\n

In response to journalist Ben Jacobs flagging the video to him on X, Reed simply wrote<\/a>, \u201cI do not approve this message.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear whether other footage in the White House video shows actual strikes on Iran.<\/p>\n

Last month, the White House embarrassingly used<\/a> footage from the 2022 sinking of a decommissioned U.S. Navy frigate in a hype video<\/a> captioned \u201cLethality \ud83d\udd25\ud83e\udd85.\u201d<\/p>\n

HuffPost has reached out to the White House for comment.<\/p>\n

Back in 2017, Reed slammed Trump after the president questioned<\/a> why the NFL was getting \u201cmassive tax breaks\u201d while players were \u201cdisrespecting\u201d the U.S. by kneeling during the national anthem to protest racism and police brutality.<\/p>\n

\u201cDear Mr President, your right about everything but the players that are protesting the injustice this country has done to people since 1600s,\u201d Reed wrote<\/a> on Twitter, which is now X.<\/p>\n

Just days earlier, Reed had blasted<\/a> Trump over his various controversies in a different Twitter post.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur President said he would grab what again<\/a>? Did he apologize? Dude throwing Paper towels<\/a>, did he apologize?\u201d the NFL great wrote.<\/p>\n

The White House has been criticized for churning out wild clips featuring celebrities like Sabrina Carpenter<\/a>, Ben Stiller<\/a>, Kesha<\/a> and<\/a> others<\/a> without their consent.<\/p>\n

Beyond the football world, the White House social media account also used various clips of old MLB stars for wartime promo last week in an edited video<\/a> featuring huge home runs alongside strikes and explosions.<\/p>\n
