There appears to be three teams in the mix for star edge rusher Trey Hendrickson as he reportedly prepares to make a decision about where he’ll play next.<\/p>\n
According to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini<\/a>, the Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>, Indianapolis Colts<\/a> and Baltimore Ravens<\/a> have all made offers to the four-time Pro Bowler.<\/p>\n “Trey Hendrickson\u2019s market has changed over the last 24 hours,” Russini reported. “The Eagles, Colts\u2026 and now the Baltimore Ravens are all making offers in an attempt to land the top free agent remaining on the board.”<\/p>\n Russini adds that the change in Hendrickson’s market comes via the Ravens, who are now in on him after the nixed Maxx Crosby trade<\/a> with the Las Vegas Raiders<\/a>.<\/p>\n Hendrickson is expected to make a decision on Wednesday.<\/p>\n “Trey Hendrickson has a chance to stay in the AFC North \u2014 a day after Baltimore’s trade for Maxx Crosby fell apart due to a failed physical. A decision is expected to come today,” Russini added<\/a>.<\/p>\n Crosby was supposed to be the big edge rusher addition the Ravens needed, but the team pulled out of the blockbuster deal after Crosby failed his physical.<\/p>\n The Colts and Eagles both entered the offseason with a need along the edge, and the Eagles’ became more dire after Jaelan Phillips left to sign a deal<\/a> with the Carolina Panthers<\/a>.<\/p>\n Hendrickson has a connection to the Colts via defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, who was with Hendrickson in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n Hendrickson’s market has not been what he expected, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter<\/a>, who reported that the veteran hasn’t been getting the kinds of offers he wants.<\/p>\n
