As the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks work to build the roster that will defend their Super Bowl title in 2026, one of the steps that will need to be addressed Wednesday afternoon is the handling of the restricted free agents.<\/p>\n
Seattle took care of the first of their RFAs last week, reaching an agreement with linebacker Drake Thomas that will keep Thomas with the Seahawks through the 2027 season. However, the team had several additional RFAs they needed to address, including Jake Bobo, Brady Russell and Chris Stoll.<\/p>\n
However, according to a report from NFL insider Tom Pelissero, the team no longer needs to worry about how to handle their long snapper, as the two sides have reached agreement on a contract extension that will keep also Stoll with the Seahawks through 2027.<\/p>\n
Stoll joined the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2023, and has performed his duties as a long snapper without much notice from fans, which is exactly how teams want things to be when it comes to their long snapper.<\/p>\n
