{"id":807093,"date":"2026-03-11T21:58:35","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T21:58:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/807093\/"},"modified":"2026-03-11T21:58:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T21:58:35","slug":"fanatics-reveals-full-participant-list-for-inaugural-flag-football-classic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/807093\/","title":{"rendered":"Fanatics reveals full participant list for inaugural Flag Football Classic"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!\n  <\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">The Fanatics Flag Football Classic, the groundbreaking global event from Fanatics Studios, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/person\/tom-brady\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Tom Brady<\/a> and FOX Sports, has its full participants for its inaugural event, and as promised, some of the best in the NFL will be playing at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on March 21.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">The game was originally scheduled to be played at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/world\/world-regions\/saudi-arabia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Saudi Arabia<\/a>, but it was officially announced Monday that it would be moving to L.A. amid ongoing military operations in the Middle East involving the United States, Israel, Iran and others.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>BMO Stadium, the host site for flag football in the 2028 Olympics, will play host to Brady\u2019s return to a football field for the first time since his 2023 retirement, but also feature some of the best in the game.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM<\/a><\/p>\n<p> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/fanatics-full-team-graphic.png\" alt=\"Fanatics Full List Graphic\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\"\/> <\/p>\n<p>Fanatics released its full participant list for its inaugural Flag Football Classic at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on March 21, 2026. (Fanatics)<\/p>\n<p>As Fanatics announced the relocation, a newly structured, first-of-its-kind competition format was also revealed: three 12-player teams, two of which are comprised of NFL stars. The final team will be represented by USA Football\u2019s reigning IFAF Flag Football World Champion men\u2019s national team.<\/p>\n<p>The first team, Founders FFC, will be captained by Brady and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/sports\/nfl\/philadelphia-eagles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> star quarterback Jalen Hurts, while being coached by the Denver Broncos\u2019 Sean Payton. Then, Wildcats FFC will feature Washington Commanders young star Jayden Daniels and savvy Cincinnati Bengals veteran signal caller Joe Burrow, who will be coached by the San Francisco 49ers\u2019 Kyle Shanahan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/fanatics-relocates-flag-football-game-featuring-tom-brady-nfl-stars-bmo-stadium-la-amid-ongoing-strikes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">FANATICS RELOCATES FLAG FOOTBALL GAME FEATURING TOM BRADY, NFL STARS FROM SAUDI ARABIA<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also, Robert Saleh, who just took over for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/sports\/nfl\/tennessee-titans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Tennessee Titans<\/a>, will serve as a defensive specialist for both teams in the event.<\/p>\n<p>Making this event more fun is the fact that Founders FFC and Wildcats FFC will have a draft on March 18 to determine the 12-man teams. But I\u2019m not coming back to the football field to lose. Actor and comedian Kevin Hart will serve as the host of the event, with comedian Druski providing commentary alongside him.<\/p>\n<p>The games will follow modified Olympic-style flag football rules, which feature two 15-minute halves with a running clock on a 50-by-25-yard field.
