Nick Lee of Emerald City Spectrum posted this mock draft on Monday, outlining three replacements for key free agent departures of the week.<\/p>\n
He starts off with Clemson Edge TJ Parker, whose athletic capabilities<\/a> made him a projected top-10 pick before a disappointing year for his entire college team. Him or Cashius Howell, who\u2019s also<\/a> been a popular name in these mock draft discussions recently, would be ideally talented replacements for Boye Mafe. He signed with the<\/a> Cincinnati Bengals this week. With DeMarcus Lawrence’s future up in the air, too, the Seahawks massively need to fill outside linebacker production through the draft.<\/p>\n Advertisement<\/p>\n At No. 64, Lee has the Seahawks picking Arkansas running back Mike Washington Jr., who could replace Kenneth Walker III as the lead back in Seattle\u2019s offense. Like Parker, he also lacked college production but has elite size and speed measurables<\/a>. NFL.com<\/a>\u2019s draft profile lists his comparison as Chris Carson, who had tons of success in his career, all with the Seahawks. If they think they can get that type of success from him, he could make sense as their second round choice. Walker signing with the<\/a> Kansas City Chiefs created a massive void that this would fill.<\/p>\n He also has the Seahawks taking cornerback Tacario Davis from Washington. Davis is as lanky a corner as you\u2019ll find in the 2026 Draft, which is the key trait they lost when Tariq Woolen signed with the<\/a> Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday.<\/p>\n Expect edge rushers, running backs and cornerbacks to be the top three positions in Seahawks mock drafts through March and April, barring any big free agent signings by the team.<\/p>\n
