Defensive lineman A’Shawn Robinson has already turned the page on the Carolina Panthers<\/a>.<\/p>\n After being released<\/a> by the team this past Tuesday, Robinson landed<\/a> with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on a fresh one-year, $10 million pact. And while holding court for his introductory press conference on Friday, the 10-year veteran was asked if it’ll feel strange to make such a sudden move within the division.<\/p>\n “I’m already over it,” Robinson replied with a laugh. “I’m already over it, man. It was a short-lived memory in Carolina.”<\/p>\n That memory began when Robinson signed a three-year, $22.5 million deal with the Panthers ahead of the 2023 season. He went on to start in 33 of his 34 games over that time\u2014amassing 145 combined tackles, 8.0 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.<\/p>\n Robinson wasn’t the first former Panther\u2014on that day, even\u2014to take a small jab at the organization.
