COLUMBIA \u2014 Spring practices are wrapping up this week for Eli Drinkwitz and the Missouri Tigers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
However, there is excitement for the Mizzou football program off the field and on the recruiting trail.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Tigers landed two notable in-state commits on the offensive side of the ball Tuesday as a part of their 2027 recruiting class.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Jack Brown, a four-star tight end from St. Charles, is the top-ranked player in the state and the No. 6-ranked tight end nationally for the 2027 class.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Brown chose Missouri over Kansas State, Illinois and Arizona State.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The other class of 2027 pass catcher heading to Columbia is wide receiver Chris Harris Jr.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Harris Jr. is from Lee’s Summit and is the No. 5-ranked player in Missouri.\u00a0<\/p>\n
He chose the Tigers over Alabama, Kansas State and Oklahoma State.\u00a0<\/p>\n
