He made an immediate impact as a rookie, transitioning smoothly from the collegiate level and earning a starting role in 16 games during his first NFL season with the 49ers.<\/p>\n<p>During the 2025 season, Burford was placed on injured reserve on September 20 due to a hamstring injury.
