Jacksonville Jaguars<\/a> quarterback Trevor Lawrence had a simple message for the upcoming 2026 season.<\/p>\n

“Reload.”<\/p>\n

Lawrence shared a highlight video on social media with that message as the caption. Within the highlight video, he had this to say as he reflected on the 2025 season.<\/p>\n

“It was an awesome season as far as fun,” Lawrence said. “We made a lot of improvements this year. Grew a lot. It takes a lot to have the success that we had. Good days are ahead.”<\/p>\n

In Year 1 under head coach Liam Coen, the Jaguars<\/a> went from four wins in 2024 to 13 wins this past season and were winners of the AFC South.<\/p>\n

The Jaguars finished the regular season on an eight-game winning streak with the offense averaging nearly 33 points per game during that stretch. Leading the way was Lawrence, whose play elevated as the season went on. A lot of that success started pre-snap, with Lawrence getting the offense into advantageous looks.<\/p>\n

Lawrence ranked fourth among all quarterbacks in total passing yards in that stretch of games,\u00a0per PFF<\/a>. He was also third in yards per pass attempt, second in passing touchdowns, and had the fifth-lowest turnover-worthy play rate. We also saw Lawrence make a lot of plays with his legs.<\/p>\n

Overall, Lawrence finished the 2025 season\u00a0completing 61%<\/a>\u00a0of his passes for 4,214 yards with 41 total touchdowns — including 32 passing — to 14 interceptions. Among all quarterbacks, he ranked seventh in passing yards and fourth in passing touchdowns.<\/p>\n

Lawrence was among the five MVP finalists as well.<\/p>\n
