THE Kansas City Chiefs have re-signed a two-time Super Bowl champion whom Andy Reid has axed in the past.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs announced the decision to bring back linebacker Jack Cochrane.<\/p>\n

Kansas City re-signed Cochrane on Friday.<\/p>\n

The details of the contract have yet to be released.<\/p>\n

Cochrane joined the Chiefs in 2022 as an undrafted free agent.<\/p>\n

Reid and the Chiefs cut him during the final roster reductions in August 2022.<\/p>\n

But Cochrane signed with the practice squad and eventually the active roster.<\/p>\n

He has since been a key member of the team.<\/p>\n

Since playing for the team, Cochrane has missed just four games.<\/p>\n

The South Dakota product has been a core special teams member throughout his tenure.<\/p>\n

Last season, Cochrane appeared in 17 games and recorded 20 total tackles and one interception.<\/p>\n

Cochrane has one tackle in seven playoff games.<\/p>\n
