Today\u2019s edition of Buffalo Rumblinks leads off by discussing what Stone brings to Buffalo\u2019s secondary.<\/p>\n<p>Geno Stone is excited to bring his strengths to Buffalo<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Stone is coming to Buffalo\u2019s defense after starting all 17 games for the Cincinnati Bengals during the 2025 and 2025 seasons. Last year, Stone made 104 total tackles, broke up four passes, had two sacks and came away with a pair of interceptions, including a pick-six off of Drake Maye vs. the New England Patriots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Stone told reporters he is excited to join new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard\u2019s system, which places an emphasis on taking the ball away by forcing turnovers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cThey\u2019re going to use me to my strengths, and that\u2019s the main thing I want to do at this point in my career is playing to my strengths and limiting my weaknesses,\u201d Stone said. \u201cThat\u2019s why they brought me in: to go get the ball. So, that\u2019s how I was envisioning myself. That\u2019s how I see myself in a lot of place\u2026 It\u2019s cool as someone coming in to hear that\u2019s an emphasis, taking the ball away.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Stone, a seven-year veteran, said coming to a team with legitimate Super Bowl aspirations was also a big reason why he opted to sign with Buffalo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">\u201cI\u2019ve been around a lot to know what it takes to be a pro in this league and what it takes to win,\u201d Stone said. \u201cI know what it takes to get to the next step and my goal is to get back to the AFC Championship, win that and get to the Super Bowl.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Examining the news that the Cleveland Browns are reportedly signing former Bills defensive end A.J.
