With the main moves in free agency likely over, the Arizona Cardinals<\/a> have their attention turned to the NFL draft. The NFL combine is over and college programs are holding their pro days. Ole Miss<\/a> held their pro day on Wednesday, showcasing their players seeking to be selected in the 2026 NFL draft.<\/p>\n The Cardinals showed interest in at least one player, according to Tony Pauline<\/a>. They met with defensive tackle Zxavian Harris. Harris didn’t work out because of a foot injury discovered at the combine and had to have surgery. He is expected to be ready for training camps and will undergo a medical recheck in Indianapolis before the draft.<\/p>\n He is a giant at 6-8 and 330 pounds. He played four seasons for Ole Miss, where Walter Nolen, the Cardinals’ first-round draft pick last year, also played. Harris had his best season in 2025 with 58 total tackles, three sacks, nine tackles for loss, three pass breakups and an interception.<\/p>\n He is probably a Day 3 pick and could be a monster at nose tackle, although he can play across in the defensive interior.<\/p>\n The Cardinals could always use more help on the defensive line, although they have signed or re-signed four this offseason and have drafted two in the first round each of the last two years.<\/p>\n Need a news break?
