This includes a base salary of $1.215 million, $500,000 of which is guaranteed. He also received a signing bonus of $187,500.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">In total, $687,500 of Taylor-Britt&#8217;s contract is guaranteed. His salary cap hit for the 2026 season is $1.262 million.<\/p>\n<p>Cam Taylor-Britt&#8217;s fit with the Colts<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Taylor-Britt played his first four seasons with the Bengals, which includes playing under Lou Anarumo for three of those years. Early on, he showcased high-level playing, allowing\u00a0a completion rate of just 54% in his first two seasons. Realistically, Taylor-Britt, Mekhi Blackmon, Jaylon Jones, Johnathan Edwards, and Cameron Mitchell are competing for two or, at most, three roster spots.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Given Taylor-Britt&#8217;s familiarity with Anarumo&#8217;s system, that should help him hit the ground running. This is also a low-risk move for the Colts. Releasing Taylor-Britt during roster cutdowns leaves behind a dead cap hit of only $687,500.
