How he stacks up: Brugler lists Proctor as his No. 17 overall prospect in his latest Top 100 players<\/a> available in the draft.<\/p>\n

NFL media analyst Daniel Jeremiah lists Proctor as his No. 23 overall prospect in his most recent Top 50 players<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Overall, Proctor will need to manage his weight to stay at tackle, but he has the most upside of any blocker in this draft,” Jeremiah wrote.<\/p>\n

ESPN’s Field Yates recently his updated Top 50 players<\/a> and Proctor came in at No. 13.<\/p>\n

“He is best described as a human forklift when he gets hands on a defender,” Yates wrote. “He barrels through players in the running game, and he can use his length to drive rushers away from the quarterback. There’s major upside for the 20-year old tackle.”<\/p>\n

Proctor is No. 18 on Mel Kiper Jr.’s latest Draft Big Board<\/a>.<\/p>\n

What he had to say: “Anything under 355 pounds right now feels good to me,” Proctor said at the Combine about his playing weight. “That’s where I’ve been midseason through end of season. Obviously, being 365 or 370 isn’t a good weight for me to play at. I’ve figured that and understood that.
