A woman is seeking a restraining order against Puka Nacua after the Rams star<\/a> allegedly said \u201cf\u2014k all the Jews\u201d and later bit her during a New Year\u2019s Eve night out in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Madison Atiabi filed for the restraining order in LA on Tuesday \u2014 claiming Nacua<\/a> terrorized her on Dec. 31, 2025, and then threatened to soil her name in the press several weeks later.<\/p>\n

Nacua\u2019s attorney, Levi McCathern, told TMZ<\/a> that Nacua never made the antisemitic remark<\/a>, though he did relent the 24-year-old receiver bit Atiabi while the two and several other members of their group were horseplaying.<\/p>\n

The California Post has reached out to McCathern separately for comment, but that message was not immediately returned.<\/p>\n

A judge denied Atiabi\u2019s restraining order request temporarily, stating in a court filing that \u201cbased on the totality of the circumstances the court needs more information at a properly noticed hearing prior to issuing any orders.\u201d<\/p>\n

A hearing on the matter has been slated for April 14.<\/p>\n

According to the restraining order request, Atiabi\u2019s first encounter with Nacua occurred at a NYE dinner in Century City that was being hosted by Nacua and other members of the Rams.<\/p>\n

Atiabi \u201chad no prior acquaintance with (Nacua) and had not been informed he would be present,\u201d the court filing states.<\/p>\n

During the meal, Atiabi wrote in her filing that Nacua was \u201cextremely touchy with the girls and had said \u2018F\u2014k all the Jews\u2019 in the course of his conversation when he was at the other side of the table.\u201d<\/p>\n

Atiabi said in her filing she is Jewish \u201cand was immediately offended and emotionally distressed hearing those words.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following dinner, Atiabi, her girlfriend, Nacua and other members of the party got into a sprinter van in order to head to their next destination, and Nacua sat between Atiabi and her girlfriend \u201cwithout invitation or consent,\u201d according to the filing.<\/p>\n

Nacua \u201cbegan behaving in a strange, erratic, and physically intrusive manner,\u201d Atiabi wrote in the documents, and \u201che became unwantedly \u2018touchy feely\u2019 with both (Atiabi) and her girlfriend.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the meal, Atiabi wrote in her filing that Nacua was \u201cextremely touchy with the girls and had said \u2018F\u2014k all the Jews\u2019 in the course of his conversation when he was at the other side of the table.\u201d Zuffa LLC<\/p>\n

Nacua then allegedly bit Atiabi\u2019s girlfriend\u2019s thumb, before he \u201cattacked\u201d Atiabi.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe bit (Atiabi) on her left shoulder, on the scapula, with such massive force to leave a complete circular impression of all of his teeth as marks on her skin,\u201d Atiabi wrote in her restraining order request.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bite broke some skin and caused visible injury that was photographed shortly thereafter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Atiabi claimed she \u201ccollapsed unconscious in the van\u201d following her interaction with Nacua for several hours and then reported the incident to the Los Angeles Police Department<\/a> on Jan. 2.<\/p>\n

On March 11, Atiabi, her attorney, Nacua, McCathern and Nacua\u2019s \u201ccrisis team\u201d met at a mediation conference, according to the filing.<\/p>\n

At the meeting, McCathern allegedly \u201cmade unprivileged threats to contact TMZ and other press and media outlets to disseminate false, inaccurate, and\/or deliberately exaggerated public statements about the events of December 31, 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe specific false narrative that (McCathern and Nacua) threatened to propagate was that (Atiabi) was sexually promiscuous and that she had wanted to be attacked and bitten by (Nacua) on the night of December 31, 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nacua then allegedly bit Atiabi\u2019s girlfriend\u2019s thumb, before he \u201cattacked\u201d Atiabi. Superior Court of California<\/p>\n

Atiabi asked the court to order Nacua to stay 50 yards away from her, her house, her job and her vehicle. She also asked that Nacua \u201cand those working for him\u201d do not \u201cmake false statements to TMZ or any press or otherwise engage in the use of social media related to concerning (Atiabi) at all times.\u201d<\/p>\n

The alleged encounter with Atiabi occurred less than two weeks after Nacua apologized for using an \u201cantisemitic in nature\u201d dance during an internet livestream.<\/p>\n

Nacua started 15 games for the Rams this season, recording 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns on 129 catches.<\/p>\n
