This past Monday, the Miami Hurricanes held their annual pro-day for NFL teams, coaches, and scouts. Multiple Miami Dolphins representatives were in attendance to watch individual player workouts and speak with players. Following the pro-day, I then asked the following question:<\/p>\n
Which Miami Hurricanes players do you hope to hear that some member or members of the Miami Dolphins staff spent time with today, with the idea that they might draft that player come late April, and why?<\/p>\n
Below are some of your thoughts and answers-<\/p>\n
The Earl has concerns with the length of Reuben\u2019s arms.<\/p>\n
Bain\u2019s arm are WAAAAY too short to be a top 10 pick. I don\u2019t see how any of the teams currently picking in the top 10 can draft him and his T-Rex arms. It just won\u2019t work.<\/p>\n
dedstrk must have seen some of the stupidly difficult catches that CJ made this past season.<\/p>\n
I\u2019d like to see them meet with CJ Daniels for a late pick WR depth option. Markel Bell is another. To go along with the obvious Mesi, Bain, Maui,Scott.<\/p>\n
Finsane1 can\u2019t believe that Akheem is sliding.<\/p>\n
All of a sudden, Mesidor is a 1st Rd. reach? Crazy Times! FinsUp!!!<\/p>\n
Pod of Dolphins saw that the Canes\u2019 star safety is quite fast.<\/p>\n
The rumor is that the Canes just kill the Pro-Day. For a sample Keionte Scott official 40 times was 4.38<\/p>\n
Louie the lobster is hoping one guy falls to Miami.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m hoping Bain would fall to #11. Doubtful, but stranger things have happened.<\/p>\n
Just a fan wants to draft a couple of running backs that have good hands.<\/p>\n
We still need to get us another running back just in case Devon gets hurt in fact let\u2019s draft two or maybe one in free agency they have to be able to catch the football though<\/p>\n
PhinsTifosi has a list of guys, but Toney cannot be drafted yet.<\/p>\n
Bain, Mesidor and Kionte Scott<\/p>\n
Toney and CJ<\/p>\n
and Markell Bell for RT<\/p>\n
6\u20199\u201d 2 tons very mobile and ran the 40 under 5 sec<\/p>\n
It seems as if some of the fan base are interested in several Canes players. I see Scott as one of the bigger sleepers in this draft and hope that the Phins go after him in the second round. We could use a guy who would be an enforcer.
