However, a broken clavicle limited his season to just six games.<\/p>\n<p>He originally joined the Rams in 2023 after the Steelers released him. Witherspoon spent the 2021 and 2022 seasons with Pittsburgh after the team acquired him in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks, sending its fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"788\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rawchili.com\/nfl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/HX34097-scaled-e1664903549338.jpg\" alt=\"steelers CB Ahkello Witherspoon\" class=\"wp-image-24054\"  \/>Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon at practice on Dec. 2, 2021. \u2014 Ed Thompson \/ Steelers Now<\/p>\n<p>It didn\u2019t take long for Witherspoon to make an impact with the Steelers as he registered three interceptions in three starts.
