We’re approximately one month away from the 2026 NFL draft. The defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks<\/a> lost various keynote contributors to NFL free agency. With a focus on retaining their own and extending Jaxon Smith-Njigba<\/a>, the Seahawks were not big spenders when it came to external signings. Attention now shifts to the NFL Draft, where GM John Schneider is equipped with just four selections.<\/p>\n

The Seahawks will address some major needs during the 2026 NFL draft. We’ve identified their three biggest remaining holes now that we’re approximately one month away from the draft.<\/p>\n

The Seahawks lost Super Bowl 60 MVP Kenneth Walker III to free agency. Despite signing Emanuel Wilson and hosting Najee Harris on a visit, indications are Schneider intends to draft Walker’s replacement. Notre Dame’s Jadarian Price and Arkansas’ Mike Washington Jr. have been among the popular names linked.<\/p>\n

Cornerback\"Clemson<\/p>\n

Cornerback is another major NFL draft need. Riq Woolen signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. Josh Jobe is back, and he’ll start alongside Devon Witherspoon. There isn’t a No. 3 cornerback on the Seahawks’ roster who inspires confidence.<\/p>\n

Boye Mafe was another notable departure. Schneider and Mike Macdonald believe in rotating EDGE rushers and the position is currently a little thin with Derick Hall, DeMarcus Lawrence, and Uchenna Nwosu. The Seahawks draft defensive ends with consistency.<\/p>\n
