The Atlanta Falcons<\/a> are one of three teams set to visit with Georgia State wide receiver Ted Hurst on ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft, according to NFL\/CFB analyst Ryan Fowler<\/a>. The Falcons still have a need at the wide receiver position despite signing Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus.<\/p>\n

“Georgia State WR Ted Hurst has visits scheduled with the Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts and Atlanta Falcons,” Fowler reported on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Hurst has good size (at 6-foot-3) and was highly productive in college. Last season, had 71 catches for 999 receiving yards and six touchdowns (14.1 yards per reception). Hurst isn’t a one-year wonder, either. In 2024, he finished with 961 yards and nine touchdowns on 17.2 yards per catch.<\/p>\n

Hurst is considered a mid-round target. Pro Football Focus currently has the Panthers wideout ranked No. 97 on its 2026 big board<\/a>. He earned a career-high PFF grade of 82 last season.<\/p>\n
