After the loss of David Montgomery<\/a> in free agency, the Lions<\/a> quickly picked up Isiah Pacheco<\/a>. However, there is still a long-term need at RB to pair with Jahmyr Gibbs. Jam Miller might be an excellent choice given his young age and low medical concerns.<\/p>\n Here is the excerpt of my medical report on Jam Miller:<\/a><\/p>\n (Ages in parentheses are at start of 2026 season and are factored into the concern level. The collarbone is of minimal concern going forward. The minor leg injury will need the specifics investigated, but shouldn\u2019t be too concerning. The concussion isn\u2019t a major issue as long he doesn\u2019t have a history of more in his past.<\/p>\n Miller\u2019s young age is a nice positive, along with his very fast 40 time at the combine.
