A restraining order petition against Los Angeles<\/a> Rams receiver Puka Nacua has been dropped in California<\/a> as the woman suing him for allegedly biting her on New Year’s Eve has chosen to focus on civil proceedings.<\/p>\n

‘In order to focus our efforts on the civil matter that was filed on March 25, 2026, Plaintiff has elected to voluntarily withdraw without prejudice her petition for civil harassment,’ read a statement from Joseph Kar, the attorney representing Nacua’s accuser, Madison Atiabi.<\/p>\n

Kar also offered a reminder that Nacua is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department over Atiabi’s allegations, which included claims of antisemitism.<\/p>\n

‘While at dinner, and in the presence of Plaintiff and others, Defendant made an unprovoked antisemitic statement, ‘F*** all the Jews,’ read the lawsuit that has been obtained by The Daily Mail. ‘Plaintiff is of the Jewish faith and immediately felt uncomfortable and emotionally distressed.’<\/p>\n

But the allegations do not end there.<\/p>\n

The woman attached this photo of the bite mark allegedly left by Nacua in court documents<\/p>\n

According to the lawsuit, the allegedly inebriated Nacua bit both Atiabi and her friend.<\/p>\n

‘Without provocation, consent, or warning, Defendant dropped his head into the lap and crotch area of Plaintiff’s female companion and bit her companion’s thumb with such force that her companion screamed in acute pain,’ the filing continued.<\/p>\n

‘Shortly thereafter, Defendant turned to Plaintiff and, without provocation, consent, or warning, forcibly bit Plaintiff’s left shoulder, leaving a circular imprint of his teeth on her body and injuring and harming Plaintiff. Plaintiff screamed in pain and tried to push Defendant off of her.’<\/p>\n

Atiabi is seeking ‘general and compensatory damages in an amount to be proven at trial’ as well as ‘special damages including medical expenses, past and future, in an amount to be proven at trial.’<\/p>\n

Nacua has denied the allegations ‘in the strongest possible terms’ and has vowed to file a defamation lawsuit against his accuser whom, his lawyers claim, he had never seen or met prior to the allegations, and has not seen since.<\/p>\n

Nacua’s attorney Levi McCathern has accused the woman of trying to ‘blackmail’ the NFL player. Levi McCathern also revealed their plans to escalate the legal war.<\/p>\n

‘We will be filing a defamation lawsuit and pursuing all available legal remedies in response to these false and damaging statements,’ he told the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n

A photo of the bite mark Nacua allegedly left on Atiabi’s back was included in the restraining-order petition. She previously filed an incident report with police in early January.\u00a0<\/p>\n

McCathern has said\u00a0the bite mark happened during ‘horseplay’ while the group was partying. He insists nothing more than a ‘temporary mark’ was left.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, however, Kar\u00a0told TMZ that McCathern is trying to smear his client’s name with ‘reductive commentary and hyperbole’ to distract from Nacua’s actions in a ‘fit of alcoholic violence.’<\/p>\n

‘This is not in any way a “horseplay” event and Mr. Nacua and [his] crisis management team will not deny there was an attack involving Mr. Nacua’s lips, mouth, and teeth gnashing down on [her] shoulder in a violent and provocative manner, and then passing out cold.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Also this week, footage\u00a0emerged from the night of the alleged incident, showing Nacua’s accuser ‘twerking’ near him.<\/p>\n

In a video obtained by TMZ<\/a>, a woman dressed in a white ensemble – alleged to be Atiabi – was seen provocatively dancing in the back of a Sprinter van.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The football player was passed out on the seat in the background, while Sexyy Red’s ‘Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Dad)’ played.\u00a0<\/p>\n
