Haslam went on to say, \u201cDeshaun has a great chance, fresh start, offensive-minded coach, who has in his past been able to work with all kinds of different quarterbacks and make them successful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawgsbynature.com\/cleveland-browns-discussion\/121053\/deshaun-watson-news-browns-fans-sympathy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">It would be a challenging sell to the fans<\/a> who have felt the ramifications of the Watson trade over the last few seasons. In many ways, it seems best for this team to cut its losses and move forward with the young quarterbacks on the roster. They may feel some obligation to start him, given the financial investment, but it would be extremely difficult to justify if he struggles again.
