Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix fractured his ankle against the Buffalo Bills on Jan. 17.<\/p>\n

About 2.5 months later that is officially a thing of the past.<\/p>\n

Broncos owner \/ CEO Greg Penner, GM George Paton and head coach Sean Payton all said as much at the NFL annual meeting this week<\/a>. Nix is good to go for all offseason activities, including OTAs which will begin next month.<\/p>\n

No one is ever going to forget Nix\u2019s broken ankle, it potentially cost Denver a trip to the Super Bowl, but it won\u2019t be top of mind going into the 2026 season.<\/p>\n

And NFL insider Jordan Schultz added another layer to that on Wednesday morning, reporting that Bo Nix \u201cis actually further along than he typically is in his offseason conditioning program.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perhaps Bo Nix has used the ankle injury as fuel to come back in the best shape of his life? It sounds that way based on what Schultz is reporting, essentially that the franchise QB is in an even better spot than normal on April 1.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s clear that Penner, Paton and Payton have a ton of faith in Nix and think he can help get Denver its fourth Lombardi Trophy in franchise history.<\/p>\n

An \u201cAaron Rodgers to the Broncos\u201d rumor<\/a> popped up on Wednesday morning, one that a source with the team described as \u201cabsurd.\u201d That might have been in play years ago<\/a>, but has a zero percent chance of happening now.<\/p>\n

The Broncos are all-in with Bo Nix and it appears like his offseason, even after the unfortunate broken ankle, is going splendidly.<\/p>\n
