The Atlanta Falcons provided an update regarding the team’s new uniforms for the 2026 season on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The Falcons announced that their new uniforms will be revealed on Thursday morning ahead of the 2026 NFL draft in a post on X. <\/p>\n

Atlanta previously changed its jerseys in 2020.<\/p>\n

Former Falcons quarterback and current president of football Matt Ryan previously detailed the process leading to the new uniforms.<\/p>\n

“It’s like a two-year process to get these uniforms,”\u00a0Ryan said during a Monday appearance on the\u00a0Up & Adams Show\u00a0(h\/t\u00a0Matt Urben<\/a>\u00a0of Falcons Wire). “First you’ve got to get it approved. You’ve got to say you’re going to make a change, then there’s an approval process and all this stuff. So this was going on long before I got there. I will say this: I approve.”<\/p>\n

Atlanta is looking to end an eight-year playoff drought in 2026, as the team enters its first season under new head coach Kevin Stefanski.<\/p>\n

With quarterback Michael Penix Jr. recovering from ACL surgery, the Falcons\u00a0signed<\/a>\u00a0Tua Tagovailoa to a one-year contract in free agency.<\/p>\n
