\u201cYeah, there\u2019s plenty of go-to guys, but I don\u2019t really have to do that. These dudes are competitive. And I don\u2019t want them to lose that competitive spirit. If we don\u2019t have scuffles or tussles, I don\u2019t know if I\u2019m gonna find the word\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cYes. Then we\u2019re probably not as competitive as I aspire to have our team to be. But we do have a simple rule. Two guys fighting is the max, and we\u2019re not gonna have full teammate melees. So two guys are fighting, they\u2019re fighting, everybody else\u2019s job is to break them up. And we have to be proactive about that in terms of showing them and teaching them. And our guys do an unbelievable job at pulling guys apart. So then you\u2019re not wasting time. We got so much work to do, we can\u2019t waste two minutes breaking up a fight.\u201c<\/p>\n
\u201dWhat are we doing? Everybody else break them up, put the ball down and go. And so, there are some consequences if we do waste too much time. I\u2019m gonna get some time back somehow some way. But again, you want that.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201dNow, here\u2019s the other side of things, right? And I don\u2019t know how many of you guys have brothers. But I say this all the time, me and my brother, when we would fight, it\u2019s just like brothers, we fight. But there\u2019s a line you don\u2019t cross, right? When you\u2019re fighting your brother, if you love them, some people might think I\u2019m crazy, but you just don\u2019t cross a certain line where, I mean, everybody\u2019s line might be a little bit different. But that\u2019s ours.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you two guys are fighting don\u2019t cross the line and don\u2019t take it off the field. It can\u2019t be personal. It\u2019s just, OK, you went too hard, I thought you went to hard. I\u2019m mad, I threw a punch or whatever, let\u2019s break it up and let\u2019s go. But non-negotiable is to carry everything off the field. And if I hear about that, then we have a bigger issue.
