The 2026 NFL draft is just a few weeks away, and the Buffalo Bills<\/a> have multiple needs they must fill.<\/p>\n

Wide receiver continues to stand out as the most pressing concern, even though they added DJ Moore in a trade<\/a> with the Chicago Bears. The Bills could also use more depth on the edge to build a rotation behind Greg Rousseau and free agency addition Bradley Chubb<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Those are the two positions that NFL.com’s Eric Edholm targets in his breakdown of the ideal first two picks for every team<\/a>. For Buffalo, it starts with a dynamic wide receiver from Texas A&M.<\/p>\n

Round 1: No. 26 overall: KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M\"Texas<\/p>\n

KC Concepcion spent two years at North Carolina State before transferring to Texas A&M in 2025. He recorded 61 receptions for 919 yards with nine touchdowns. He also had 456 yards and two touchdowns on punt returns, proving he can help in multiple ways.<\/p>\n

“Buffalo won\u2019t necessarily be locked into a receiver at No. 26, and I was open to other ideas, but the pick just made sense. The Bills can\u2019t patch every single hole in this draft, and they shouldn\u2019t try to. It\u2019s about getting dynamic players, and Concepcion can contribute as a receiver, runner and returner. Plus, there\u2019s little pressure on him, with \ufeff\ufeffDJ Moore\ufeff\ufeff in the fold,” Edholm wrote.<\/p>\n

During the NFL Combine, Concepcion said he was born in upstate New York<\/a> and has had his eyes on the Bills his entire life. Perhaps he will get a chance to play for the team he grew up watching.<\/p>\n

Round 3: No. 91 overall: Jaishawn Barham, EDGE, Michigan\"Michigan<\/p>\n

Buffalo feels good about their starters on the edge in Bradley Chubb and Greg Rousseau. Their bench, however, has many more questions. They would love to see Landon Jackson take a step forward in year two and Michael Hoecht could be a factor when healthy. That said, they need to add more depth, and a developmental prospect such as Jaishawn Barham would be an ideal fit says Edholm.<\/p>\n

“It was a long wait to Buffalo’s next selection — making me think trading down in Round 1 is possible — and by the time I got there, the premium pass-rush talent had been picked through, but the intriguing Barham could be weaponized by new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard eventually.”<\/p>\n

Barham recorded 10 tackles for loss and four sacks during his final season with Michigan.<\/p>\n
